1. Service Authorization
By requesting a service, the User (Customer) certifies that they have the legal right to grant access to the property, vehicle, or lock in question. Locksmith XPRESS reserves the right to request proof of ownership or legal occupancy (e.g., ID, registration, or lease) before performing any work.
2. Estimates and Final Pricing
All prices provided over the phone or via the website are estimates based on the information provided by the Customer. The final price may vary depending on the complexity of the job, the type of lock, and the actual labor required. A final quote will be provided on-site before work begins.
3. Limited Liability and Damages
While we strive for excellence, some locksmith procedures (such as forced entry when no other option is available) may result in minor wear or damage to the lock or door. Locksmith XPRESS is not liable for pre-existing damage or for damages resulting from faulty hardware provided by the customer. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
4. Cancellation Policy
We value our technicians’ time. If a Customer cancels a service call after a technician has already been dispatched to the location, a Service Call Fee (Dispatch Fee) will be charged to cover travel costs and time.
5. Warranty
Locksmith XPRESS provides a warranty ranging from 30 to 365 days, depending on the specific type of work performed. This warranty applies only to hardware and labor provided by us. Please note:
• If the service provided is Labor Only (e.g., installing hardware provided by the customer), no warranty is provided.
• The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, vandalism, or “Acts of God.”
6. Payment Methods and Fees
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash, Zelle, and Business Checks.
• Credit Cards and Venmo: Please note that payments made via Credit Card or Venmo are subject to a 5% processing fee.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, NY.
